Brittany Murphy Autopsy Report:The first official results from the Brittany Murphy autopsy by the Los Angeles Coroner’s Office have been released, although toxicology reports remain outstanding. The autopsy on Britanny Murphy revealed little about her sudden cause of death. However, the coroner’s office has reported a large amount of prescription drugs were found in Murphy’s home. In eerie reminder of the death of young Hollywood star Heath Ledger, authorities report a wide array of prescription drugs were found at the home of Brittany Murphy and her husband Simon Monjack. Some of the prescriptions included anti-anxiety medications, strong painkillers and anti-depression pills.

Brittany-MurphyAmong the drugs found on scene in Murphy’s name were Topamax (anti-seizure meds, also prevents migraines), Methylprednisolone (anti-inflammatory), Fluoxetine (depression med), Klonopin (anxiety med), Carbamazepine (Diabetes and bipolar med), Ativan (anxiety med), Vicoprofen (pain reliever), Biaxin (antibiotic), Hydrocodone (pain med) and Propranolol (hypertension and heart attack prevention).
