		<description>Believe it or not there are more followers than leaders, this is valid by nature; who will be the staff if all people are leaders.

Anyway, if being a follower, you are not hesitate or uncomfortable with it, then so be it.

Only if you think you are not suppose to be a follower, then you have to do something.

Find help from the personal consultant once you need it.
